Chocolate coffee mousse

Ingredients
- 200 g chocolate containing 60% cocoa
- 50 g butter
- 2 egg yolks
- Liqueur as desired
- 1 tablespoon Franck Gold instant coffee
- 4 egg whites
- 40 g sugar
Directions
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks, liqueur and Franck Gold instant coffee dissolved in a tablespoon of water. Lightly beat egg whites, add in sugar and beat until foamy. Gently fold egg whites into chocolate mixture, pour into serving cups and chill for several hours.
