Tomislav has been working as a barista coach in Franck since 2017, where he got a job after 13 years of working in the hospitality industry. He graduated from the secondary catering school and the hotel and tourism school, after which he gained rich experience and knowledge through various catering sectors (bars, restaurants, hotels).

Tomislav discovered his love for coffee during his first encounter with an espresso machine in practical classes, and the love grew after his experience with latte art, which he thought was the culmination of coffee preparation. Later, over the years, through research and numerous educations, he realized that there are still many more important things and elements in a cup of coffee that need to be taken care of than "the picture at the top".
Today, he is happy that his job at Franck, among other things, allows him to educate others and pass on his knowledge of the preparation and maintenance of the equipment itself. It is this knowledge that he continuously upgrades through SCA trainings in prestigious training centers, which he sees as a great advantage of working in the company. A dynamic and interesting job that starts and ends with a cup of coffee, it can't get any better for Tomislav!
